Voice Over

  This is the written draft for the audio of the voice over we are embedding into our video. The way this audio was written is supposed to express Rae's feeling towards the school system versus what she really wants to do in her life. We tried to do this in the best way possible so that the audience can further predict what the rest of the movie will be like. This is supposed to intend that she's going to further explain her feelings through her actions throughout the film. 

Something that reminded me of what we're doing is from the new Netflix original series "13 Reasons Why". In the beginning of the first episode,there's a voice over of the girl who dies (which is what the show is about) speaking about how she's going to tell the audience "about her life" and "why she ended her life". This audio helps the audience understand what the entire show is going to be about and gets the message out there right away, just like what we're doing. 

Although I didn't like this show very much, I thought it was a good idea on how to introduce the characters and the plot. There's many movies and shows out there with this type of beginning which is an interesting story line method in my opinion.
